With extensive expertise in advocacy legislation and a comprehensive understanding of the legal frameworks and best practices, my private advocacy services focus on empowering vulnerable individuals, particularly those who may lack mental capacity due to conditions like mental health issues, dementia, brain injuries, or those detained under statutory regulations like the Mental Capacity Act 2005, the Mental Health Act 1983/07 or the Prison Act 1952.
My services are designed to uphold the dignity, rights, and wishes of individuals, ensuring they receive the support they need to navigate complex legal and healthcare systems. I receive referrals from statutory services as well as independent representation.
